Q: Is early check-in allowed? A: Yes, depending on our existing reservations. Case by case basis. Q: Is smoking allowed? A: If you vape (E-Cig), that can be done inside. Any physical smoke (Cigarette, Cigar, etc) *must* be done outside the property as long as windows are closed. Q: Are pets allowed? A: Yes, pets, regardless of size, are allowed *as long as they are trained.* Untrained pets tend to damage property when left alone for long periods of time. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we will do our best to take action immediately, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
